Craftwood® - The Craftsman's Clay
Craftwood® is a Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) that is stable, homogeneous with a super fine finish. It cuts, drills and routes cleanly, without chipping or splintering, unlike timber and other wood panel products.

Trade Essentials Craftwood® is made in Australia by The Laminex Group and comes in an enormous range of thicknesses and sheet sizes; from thick to thin, moisture resistant and even panels that bend to form tight curves. The smooth, high-density surface is suitable for many types of finishing such as painting, staining, laminating and veneering. With Craftwood® MDF the possibilities are endless.

Craftform® - The Bendable Craftwood Panel
Trade Essentials Craftform® is the Craftwood® panel with unlimited possibilities for quick, easy and cost-efficient production of large curved areas. Large and small radii can be produced without splitting and without recoiling. This is possible due to precise industrially cut grooves at even intervals and depths. Both circular and undulating constructions are possible with Craftform® MDF.

Whiteboard - The Hardwearing Melamine Coated Particleboard
Whiteboard is the most cost effective material available today for making cabinets, wardrobes, draws and shelving with a clean white hardwearing surface.

Trade Essentials Whiteboard® is a high quality particleboard with a white melamine surface bonded to both sides. The melamine surface is non-porous and hardwearing making it ideal for internal cabinetry. And it makes building cabinetry fast and easy. As the board is pre-decorated, all you do is cut, drill and edge it.

Trade Essentials® Whiteboard is available in a wide range of sheet sizes and options. From pre edged shelving for wardrobes to high moisture resistant board for vanities and laundry cabinets.

White MDF - The Versatile Melamine Coated Panel Choice
Trade Essentials® White MDF is a high quality medium density fibreboard with a white melamine surface bonded to both sides. The melamine surface is non-porous and hardwearing making it ideal for cabinetry. And it makes building cabinetry fast and easy. As the board is pre-decorated, all you do is cut, drill and edge it.

White MDF is also very versatile, as the MDF core allows the panel to be used as a pre-finished product, or face routed and finished with a paint system where required. White MDF is a versatile panel that can be used for making cabinets, wardrobes, or shelving.

ReadiKits®
Trade Essentials ReadiKits® provide you with ready-to-assemble cabinet bodies that save time in cutting and edging flat sheets, and in machining components and drilling holes for hinges, shelf supports and connecting fittings. Most cabinets can be utilized in more than one design application, giving greater design flexibility.

Particleboard - The Cost Effective Wood Panel Choice
Trade Essentials® Particleboard is a three-layered board, with fine particles on the top and bottom surfaces, and larger wood flakes in the middle. The wood particles are pressed and bonded together with resin creating a tight compact panel that can be machined cleanly.

The surfaces are sanded smooth at the mill, ready for use or finishing with a high-pressure laminate, decorative foil or timber veneer.

Trade Essentials® Particleboard is lighter than medium density fibreboard yet retains a great deal of strength and stability. It is ideal for use in applications where detailed machining of the board is not required or where a lighter panel is important.

Particleboard Flooring - Flooring Even The Worst Weather Can't Flaw
Trade Essentials® Particleboard Flooring provides the best protection there is against damage caused by damp or humid conditions. Indeed, it is made to quality standards so high, not even the worst weather can flaw it if the guidelines in this brochure are followed. And, there are two product choices to cover your building requirements:

Green Tongue  - 19mm for 450mm joists, and
Beige Tongue  - 22mm for 600mm joists.

Trade Essentials® Particleboard Floorings is made from a very high moisture resistant particleboard and features an easy to use tongue and groove system that gives the flooring remarkable strength in the unsupported joints.

From the traditional Victorian to the contemporary Single Bevel, the Trade Essentials® range has architraves, skirtings, window reveals and door jambs to suit all housing styles.

Superprime Craftwood® Mouldings are made form highly moisture resistant Craftwood® MDF. They won't warp or twist, even with extreme changes in heat or humidity. You're sure to get a true flush fit every time.

Superprime Craftwood® Mouldings are also pre-primed with a durable acrylic polymer coating to give you a moulding that will last.

Easycraft ® - Innovative Wall Linings
Easycraft ® panels are a high impact resistant board for walls and ceilings in internal applications. All sheets have a tongue and groove system along both long edges of the sheet for ease of alignment when installing.

Easycraft ® panels are made from Craftwood® MR moisture resistant MDF and are primed with a superior coating ensuring you achieve a professional finish with minimal preparation.

There are a number of panel styles to choose from including EasyVJ ®, EasyRegency ®, EasyAscot ® and EasyLine ®. And for external walls EasyClad ®.
